Nolito Quilang, PLP Fellow 2004-2005 sits with members of the Sangunniang Kabataan (Youth) Council. The members of the youth council participated in a PLP sponsored training on Adolescent Reproductive Health. Yulibelle Lou Quilang (on the far left) is the council chairperson and she sits in the community council as a regular member, representing the youth sector.
